Where can I play my tapes
You can play the converted files on almost anything! You can play them on your PC/laptop with ease by just plugging the USB and selecting the file. You can then copy the file onto a tablet or phone to play them on those devices. You can even play them on a TV if you have one that is equipped with a USB port.
What format do my Mini DV tapes get converted to ?
We convert Mini DVs to MP4 (the global standard). This allows you to play your files on almost any device. While we normally convert your tapes to MP4, we do also offer other well-known formats including avi , mpeg, quick time , and mov.

- Even though MiniDv was revolutionary for its time, the information was still stored on tape
